Apartment Abendrot

End a memorable summer holiday with a leisurely sunset dinner on the balcony. Enjoy the colorful splendor of the Geislerspitzen and feel the last warm sun rays on your skin.
Apartment description
The apartment Abendrot has a size of 45 m2. It is equipped with a double room, a bathroom with shower, a cozy kitchen with couch, table set and a large balcony with stunning views of the Geislerspitzen.
Upon request, you will receive daily fresh milk from our cows free of charge. We can also order daily fresh bread from the bakery for you.
You can also make use of the fresh fruit and vegetables (depending on availability) and the herbs from our garden. Moreover you are welcome to use our wood barbecue and spend great barbecues.
The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 14:00 o’clock on. On the day of departure, the apartment must be left within 9:30 am.
We also offer a pick-up service on arrival and departure from the nearest train station.

Apartment Morgenstern
65 m2 2 – 5 people
Start your day with a delicious breakfast on the balcony of our apartment Morgenstern and enjoy an unforgettable sunrise. Your children will especially enjoy the fresh milk of our cows and the fresh bread.
Apartment description
The Morgenstern apartment has a size of 65m2. It is equipped with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a cozy kitchen with couch, table set and a large balcony with stunning views of the Geislerspitzen.
Upon request, you will receive daily fresh milk from our cows free of charge. We can also order daily fresh bread from the bakery for you.
You can also make use of the fresh fruit and vegetables (depending on availability) and the herbs from our garden. Moreover you are welcome to use our wood barbecue and spend great barbecues.

All prices are per day.
The price includes: bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and SAT, W-Lan, electricity and heating. You are welcome to use our washing machine. One stage of the washing programme is free and any additional costs 5 €.
We do not accept pets.
From 01.01.2015 we are obliged to collect from all people, who have reached the age of 14, a community residence tax of 2 € per person and night.
Child reduction up to 2 years.
Deposit: The reservation is only valid once the deposit has been transferred.
The following means of payment are allowed: cash, bank transfer, non-transferable cheque.
Cancellation conditions
Should you not be able to make your arrival, the following conditions apply:
– free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival with refund of deposit
– from 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we keep your deposit as compensation
– within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the booking price
– In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
